If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase and the delivered products are not qualitatively compliant with what was requested, the Customer can return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the purchasing customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift. RETURN SHIPPING COST

HOW TO RETURN
To forward the return request, the Customer must write to origamishop1@gmail.com indicating their personal details, the items to be returned, the quantities and the reason for the return. Customer Service will respond within 48 working hours from the request received.
The items must arrive with a tag and any material that is part of the package, using suitable and resistant packaging, carefully closed.
Only items returned as instructed will be refunded or replaced. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to the sender.
